Coaching Disclaimer

Joyful Oaks Trauma Recovery Coaching provides coaching services only.

Our services are not:

  • Psychotherapy

  • Mental health treatment

  • Medical treatment

  • Crisis intervention

  • Legal advice

Trauma recovery coaching is an educational and supportive process designed to help clients develop awareness, skills, goals, and personal growth.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, abuse, or require clinical treatment, please contact a licensed mental health professional, healthcare provider, or emergency services immediately.

Faith-Based Content

Joyful Oaks Trauma Recovery Coaching integrates Christian faith principles into some coaching services, courses, and resources.

Faith-based content may include:

Participation in faith-based elements is always voluntary. We respect the diverse experiences and faith journeys of all clients.

Client Responsibility

Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products, courses, workbooks, PDFs, recordings, and downloadable materials are provided for personal educational use.

Upon purchase:

  • You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use.

  • Products may not be shared, copied, redistributed, sold, or reproduced without written permission.

  • Access to digital materials may not be transferred to another individual.

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.

Payments and Services

Payment is required before coaching sessions, programs, or digital resources are delivered unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Joyful Oaks Trauma Recovery Coaching reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel services for inappropriate behavior

  • Modify pricing at any time

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

Changes will not affect services already purchased.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of coaching appointments.

Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full unless otherwise determined at Joyful Oaks' discretion.
